If the received shipment is the wrong size or does not meet your expectations, you can make a hassle-free Exchange or Return.
! According to the PPE:
- Items made to individual sizes with the customer's personalized order are NOT subject to exchange or return.
- A set containing underwear or swimwear is NOT exchangeable or returnable, due to hygiene reasons. This type of product arrives only with the "review before payment" option, and after acceptance, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE PRODUCT/S:
Step 1: Fill out the physical return/exchange form found on the bottom of the box in which the shipment arrives to you. If you can't find the form, you can download it fromhere.
You can also just fill out this electronic return/exchange form.
Important! Completing the electronic form does NOT mean an automatic courier request.
Step 2: Request a courier to your desired address.
Step 3: Please allow 3-5 business days for the shipment to arrive for us to contact you at the email or phone number you provided.
TRANSPORT COSTS:
1. If there is an error on the part of LORRETI - the wrong content of the order is sent (different from the ordered color, size or product), or defective products (with tears or stains not described in advance on the product page of the item) - the costs of delivery and return are taken over by LORRETI.
Send the shipment at your expense and the shipping costs will be refunded to the bank account you specified on the return form within 10 to 14 days after the returned shipment is processed.
2. If there is no mistake on the part of LORRETI, but you simply do not like what you receive - the shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer.

Important!
Shipments are received by a courier at the specified address and within 1-3 working days are opened and processed by an administrator.
As soon as the returned shipment is opened, you will receive an e-mail message about the status of the returned goods, as well as a deadline for receiving the replaced products or a refund.
The term for refunding an amount to a bank account is between 10 and 14 days after processing the returned shipment.
RETURN TERMS:
- The products must be in the original white packaging with the inscription LORRETI;
- The products must be in the form in which they were originally received - without stains, signs of wear, tears or other defects;
- The original labels have not been removed from the products;
REPLACEMENT:
LORRETI DOES NOT offer direct replacement. The amount for the returned shipment is refunded by bank transfer, and the new order is created by the buyer to be delivered again to the address indicated by him. In the "Additional comment" field, enter "REPLACEMENT + Old order number" (if you have it).
